Our Story

The Full Story

Pride House Health & Human Services Foundation was established to provide structured, supportive residential living for justice-involved youth seeking stability, accountability, and a genuine opportunity for change.

As an independent residential living facility, Pride House operates within a homelike residential setting designed to promote stability, routine, and a sense of personal responsibility. Residents live in a supervised environment that mirrors everyday community living while maintaining clear structure and expectations.

Pride House provides 24-hour supervision and support, ensuring resident safety, accountability, and consistent guidance at all times. Staff are available around the clock to monitor compliance, address concerns, and support residents as they navigate their daily responsibilities and parole requirements.

Our program partners with parole, probation, and oversight agencies to support youth transitioning back into the community. Services focus on life skills development, personal accountability, and decision-making within a safe, structured environment. Residents are encouraged to build independence while receiving the necessary support to reduce recidivism and promote long-term success.

Pride House is committed to compliance, transparency, and resident safety. All services are delivered in alignment with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including PREA standards. Our mission is grounded in accountability, dignity, and the belief that individuals can move forward when provided with structure, consistency, and meaningful support.
